Like Antonio de Torres, I build instruments in five different sizes, from small guitars suitable for children to large guitars with modern proportions. The top is invariably made of spruce, but for the back and sides, I use a variety of woods (cypress, fruitwood, rosewood, etc.). I also offer headstocks with tuning pins instead of the usual tuners.
